We have many relationships we need to navigate, in our professional and home life. In all of these relationships have different connections, some require more emotional energy than others. Emotions derive from situations. Generally, the same types of situation will elicit the same or similar types of emotional response. Awareness of emotional logic allows for it to be effectively used to channel energy and to feel into exciting, positive pathways. My knowledge of emotional and social intelligence, I can assist you in identifying, managing and expressing emotions to solve problems and achieve goals (both personal and interpersonal nature).

I will create a program to help you identify your EQ skill level, build this skill into a strength, and enjoy the consistent performance for success. Understanding your Emotional Intelligence, allows me to give you strategies, including realistic and meaningful objectives. Your plan focuses on personal competencies (self-awareness and self-management) and Social competencies (social awareness and relationship management).

Emotional intelligence is broken into four quadrants, and to two halves intra-personal and interpersonal.

Emotional Intelligence | Self-Awareness

Self-recognition quotient reflects intrapersonal communication.
It indicates self-awareness and understanding. Factors in this area include self-understanding, personal acceptance and the overall understanding of individual psychology.

Emotional IntelligenceSelf-awareness is foundational to social awareness and self-management.

The social-recognition scale reflects awareness and consideration of the feelings and responses of others. The ability to empathize and maintain sensitivity to the moods and emotions of others allows for superior intuition and connection.

Self-Management

The self-management quotient indicates self-evaluation coupled with self-regulation. The awareness and discipline to control and harness feelings directly impact the ability to achieve personal objectives and develop a personal resolution. Satisfaction, happiness, and contentment are results of self-management.
